User Access

In this section, you will find tutorial videos and other training materials regarding the User Access function of the System module of CUBE.

The User Access function of CUBE allows you to:
◉ manage user permissions and security for internal use of CUBE
◉ suspend users from accessing the system
◉ reset user passwords
◉ change a user’s license type
◉ determine which customer/supplier records a user can access
◉ assign roles to users based on the groups in Group Access
